Frapatto is known for its lightness, and this one doesn’t disappoint, offering a smooth, elegant pour with attractive red berry aromas. The grapes are grown on Etna’s volcanic soils, and vinification is done in stainless steel tanks without any intervention, and just a small dose of sulphur at bottling. Lots of vibrant acids make it a great pairing with many Sicilian dishes.
